Be honest with yourself - how much do you really know who you are?

Knowing yourself, is key to living a balanced and healthy life. It is important to know what your body needs to keep up with the day, and this will involve diet, exercise and rest. Everyone is different here, so it is a must that we get to understand our own bodies, so we can provide it with the necessities it needs.

Focusing more today on REST, I can’t stress enough, the power that stress has on our bodies. We need it and crave it, and without it, we will see signs of fatigue, restlessness, poor apetite and a lack of will to exercise. We need to allow ourselves to break off from the fast pace of the day, and even taking 10 minutes to completely unwind, can result in a more focused mind, for the rest of the day.

Find 10 minutes in the morning and afteroon, to have that cuppa, to pick up a book, and feel what its like to zone out for those precious minutes. Try to build it into your day, and note how it makes you feel. Listen to your essential self, and understand the importance of being you.
